Do you take bespoke cookie/cake orders?
I love bespoke orders! Please send a brief to or fill out a contact form and I’ll be happy to help. Please note that I require at least 2 weeks notice.
What kind of cookies do you make?
I offer vanilla or chocolate sugar cookies and the seasonal gingerbread. Currently not offering any free-from or vegan cookies/cakes but I am working on finding the perfect recipe!
What kind of cakes do you make?
I currently offer buttercream and fondant cakes. The flavours available are chocolate, vanilla, and red velvet. All cakes are bespoke and made to order. Prices vary depending on design and details. We can discuss your requirements and I can send over a quote. 6”cakes start from £140.
Where do you deliver?
Cookies can be posted to any UK postcode. Most cookie boxes will fit through a standard letterbox. Please note if you choose Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm delivery then a signature is required.
We currently only courier our cakes within London.
How long will my order take to arrive?
There are two different delivery options. Tracked 24hr delivery (not guaranteed) and Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm delivery then a signature is required. Please note that due to the ongoing COVID pandemic there might be some delays with Royal Mail.
Can I collect my order?
Email to arrange for a collection Monday to Saturday 9am-5pm.
How long will my cookies last for?
Cookies will last for at least one month from the date of delivery. The shelf life can be extended by up to 2 months if you move them to an airtight container or a heat sealed package. You can find the ‘Best Before’ date on the back of your cookie box.
How long do the cakes last for?
Cakes taste best if they are consumed on the day of delivery. If you have any leftover cake please store covered in a fridge and consume within 3 days.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Receipts, invoices or pricing information will not be included in the box. Order information will only be sent via email. You can have the option to add a personalised note to your order so the recipient knows who its from.
I received the wrong order/my order has arrived damaged. What do I do?
I’m so sorry that your order did not arrive as expected. Please email including your order number, a description of the issue and a picture of any damage and I’ll get back to you ASAP to resolve this for you.
